“Construction Intervention,” a new show on the Discovery Channel that premiered on Tuesday, April 13, follows New York native Charlie Frattini and his crew as they help business owners who experienced bad luck with construction jobs reopen their businesses. Charlie and his team are able to help people who are on the verge of closing their doors remain open – in a period of just five days!

Radiant Systems and one of its New York resellers, Retail Automation Products (RAP-POS) donated POS hardware, software and related services to a restaurant in Harlem for the show’s second episode: Just Wingin’ It. Walter Lewis, a local New York firefighter, always wanted to give back to his community by opening a neighborhood restaurant. His dream of helping his community thrive and providing a safe hangout for local youth came true when he opened Just Wingin’ It. Unfortunately, a bad construction job forced him to close his doors indefinitely after being open for only a few months. On Tuesday, April 20, watch Frattini as he and his team help redesign and rebuild Walter’s restaurant. Radiant Systems and RAP-POS are proud to help Just Wingin’ It get back into business!
