What a difference attitude makes! And it shows through in everything you do - so having it embedded in your company culture is definitely a positive sign. Hopefully most companies realize they attitude of their employees projects the attitude of the company and it will be noticed by prospective clients and employees alike.

Liking the people you work is probably just as important, if not more important, than liking what you're working on. Many people will put up with boring or annoying projects if they like the people they are working with - but even the best project can be completely spoiled by an "unfortunate" co-worker.
